10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SHOW

The signature feature of the Guthrie Theater is the Endless Bridge. This is a cantilevered bridge that extends 178 feet north of the building to a point that is 50 feet above the West River Parkway. The vantage point is located just downstream of Upper Saint Anthony Falls, and it offers a sweeping view of the falls area and the historic Stone Arch Bridge. The structure is a steel truss that is counterbalanced by the weight of the building. It extends from the building between the 4th and 5th floors. The observation deck has a series of large steps for sitting or standing, which gives the feel of a theater space with the Mississippi River being the stage.

The Guthrie is built on the land of the Dakota People.

Guthrie Theatre - The Endless Bridge

The first day of our trade show is hosted at the historic Guthrie Theatre. The Guthrie building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, who shared his vision to reflect the history of the neighborhood in his design statement:

“The Guthrie is coming to settle in the historic golden rectangle near the falls, next to the old mills, in the industrial quarter that invented Minneapolis. Thus two histories, two legends, meet.”

Open to the public year-round, the Guthrie houses three state-of-the-art stages, production facilities, classrooms, full-service restaurants and dramatic public lobbies.

Mia (Minneapolis Institute of Art)

The second day of our trade show is hosted at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.

Home to over 80,000 works of art representing 5,000 years of world history, Mia inspires wonder, spurs creativity, and nourishes the imagination. With extraordinary exhibitions and one of the finest wide-ranging art collections in the country - Rembrandt to van Gogh, Monet to Matisse, Asian to African - Mia links the past to the present, enables global conversations, and offers an exceptional setting for inspiration.

Join us in the stately marble hall of the second floor with the Regis Fountain Court and Bruce B. Dayton Rotunda for tasting, and catering by Brooke Faudree.
